Our Story
Jared Haglund, the owner of MinDak Construction, was born in Fargo, North Dakota. He grew up in Barnesville, Minnesota, and graduated from Barnesville High School in 2006. Fast forward a few years, Jared met Lindsey, and they quickly fell in love. They started a family together and now have two boys, 9-year-old Easton and 2-year-old Everett.
After graduation, Jared felt a calling to serve his country, so he joined the Army. He served his country with honor and distinction, earning several medals for his bravery and service. Unfortunately, Jared was injured during his time in the Army, which ended his military career. Jared is a resilient and hardworking individual who has faced challenges and overcome them with strength and determination. He is a loving husband and father who is dedicated to his family and his community.
After leaving the Army, Jared moved back to Moorhead, Minnesota, where he worked for his father’s siding company. During this time Jared became an expert in his trade. Being taught siding his whole life, Jared felt it was time to take his expertise and willingness to work with people to the next level, so he started MinDak Construction in 2022. He decided to form the company in Fargo as he loves Fargo and was born here. As jared states, “North Dakota is so nice and a great culture to be a part of!”
Jared’s business philosophy is simple. “Don’t settle for good when you can have great! And always create a “win-win” situation for the customer.”
